What this inbox is actually good for:
- Pointing out something wrong on a guide — a fee that's changed, a menu that's moved, a step that no longer matches what Binance or OKX show on screen. This is the single most useful email you can send us, and it's the direct input to the corrections page.
- Flagging a country-specific detail we've missed, especially anything about how EasyPaisa, JazzCash, bKash, M-PESA or UPI actually behave with Binance P2P in practice right now.
- Partnership or collaboration enquiries from people working in this space.
What it isn't: we can't access your Binance or OKX account, can't recover funds, can't intervene in a support ticket, and can't give you legal or financial advice on your specific situation. For anything account-related — a stuck withdrawal, a KYC rejection, a frozen deposit — the exchange's own support channel is the only place that can actually act on it; our guides link to the relevant official help pages where that's useful.
If your message concerns a referral code (BN5311 for Binance, OKAB53 for OKX) not being applied, mention the exchange, roughly when you signed up, and whether you're still within the limited window most platforms allow for adding a code retroactively — see the forgot to enter a referral code guide for what's realistic before you write in.
We aim to acknowledge correction reports within a few days. Please don't send account passwords, API keys, seed phrases or ID scans by email — we'll never ask for them, and we won't open attachments of that kind if they arrive.
If you're writing in about a P2P dispute — a merchant who hasn't released funds, a payment that hasn't shown up, or a trade that looks like a scam pattern — we can point you back to the right Binance or OKX support flow, but we can't open a case on your behalf or communicate with either exchange for you. Their in-app appeal process is the only channel that can freeze funds, review chat logs, or reverse a release, and it works faster the sooner you use it rather than waiting on an email reply from us first.
